NORTH WILDWOOD–The North Wildwood Police Department recently received five donated bicycles.
John Harahan, a police supporter who has made donations to the department in the past, provided funding for the purchase of the bicycles. They will be used by officers for neighborhood patrol and special event details throughout the summer season.
The use of bicycles for patrol remains an asset for the police department and continues to provide positive results.
