North Wildwood – The City of North Wildwood has unveiled their new Public Works service request system, available under the ‘Quick Links’ tab on the City’s website, www.northwildwood.com. There, residents can report street light outages, potholes, flooding, and cleanup needs at certain locations around the City.

“This new program designed by PubWorks Software will help to address any and all residential requests pertaining to the responsibilities of my department,” said Public Work’s Superintendent, Harry Wozunk. The new addition to North Wildwood’s website will help the City’s Public Work’s Department to address residential concerns with a quicker response time. Where before the only means of contact were by phone or email, now we have three channels that the citizens can utilize to notify our Public Works Department of a problem.

The easy to use service request system was activated on the City’s website on Friday, January 23rd. “We hope this addition to our website will appeal to all of our residents within the community. Even if you are not tech-savvy, the service request system is easily accessed and submitted through our city’s website www.northwildwood.com,” said Mayor Rosenello. The City hopes to have all residents benefit from submitting service requests via the service request center, and in turn address residential concerns at a faster rate.
