North Wildwood Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5941 and the City of North Wildwood, NJ will be honoring our fallen soldiers from every war on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, 2015. Beginning at 10:00 AM at the North Wildwood Veterans Monument (Spruce and New York Aves, North Wildwood, NJ), local elected officials, religious figures, civic organizations, residents and vacationers will gather at the monument in honor of all veterans who have passed.
Before the honoring ceremony at the monument, there will be a service beginning at 9:30 AM at the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse flagpole. There, the names of members who have passed away from the VFW Post 5941 will be read in honor of their service.
All are welcome and encouraged to join in remembering those who have fought for the many liberties we share as a nation today and every day.
