The Independence Day Parade begins at 9 a.m. at 9th and Atlantic avenues. It proceeds north to 1st and Surf avenues. Prizes will be awarded for best decorated bikes, strollers, and wagons–in a red, white, and blue theme of course!

On Saturday, July 5, come to the 8th St. field for the Sidewalk Chalk Competition.

All ages are welcome to draw their best creations beginning at 9 a.m.

The judging begins at 10:45 a.m. Prizes will be awarded at 11 a.m.

That night come to Lou Booth Amphitheater to see the Original Orlons sing their hits “Watusi,” “South Street,” “Don’t Hang Up,” and so many more!
