North Wildwood Beach Patrol has announced that the only current surfing beach location is at 2nd Street. The 12th Street beach is closed temporarily until the beach replenishment project is finished.
However, boogie boards are allowed on every beach.
Until June 22 when the beaches are fully staffed, the following beaches will be protected by lifeguards:
Ocean Ave Inlet, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 19th, 22nd and 25th avenues.
Beach Patrol Chief Tony Cavalier reminds everyone to swim only on beaches protected by lifeguards.
